DIGITAL SAM - Lightbulb Moment

NOT EVERY APP NEEDS TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE.

Many apps ask for your location, but have you ever stopped to ask... "Why does this app need this information?"

LOCATION DATA CAN REVEAL: Where you live. Where you work. Where you shop. Where you worship. Where you go every day. Information you wouldn't share with a stranger.

Before you tap ALLOW... Pause. Review. Protect.

IF A STRANGER ASKED YOU WHERE YOU WERE 24/7, YOU'D SAY NO. YOUR APPS SHOULDN'T GET A FREE PASS.

PAUSE - Don't auto-accept permissions. REVIEW - Check app permissions regularly. PROTECT - Share less. Stay safe. Stay in control.

SMART SETTINGS. SAFER YOU. BETTER DIGITAL LIFE. Dr. Bonita Best - I write. I teach. I empower. The BEST Secret Weapon LLC - Empowering humans. Securing the future.
